Pick Your Lumia Phone -
1. Go Settings.
2. Click On Internet Shearing.
3. On The Shearing Option. ( note down the PASSWORD given just below it, we r going to use it next.)
Now Windows Pc -
1. Click On Start.
2. Open Control Panel.
3. Click On Network And Internet.

4. Now Click On Connect To Network Under Network And Internet Section In Next Page.

5. Now A Window Will Be Appear At Right Bottom Of Ur Screen.

If You Have Not Added Any Device In Your Pc In Past, Then U Will Not Found Any Connections In List, Like My Screen Shot.
6. Now Click On The Refresh Button Which I Have Shown In Above Image.
Now Waite Till Your Laptop Found Your Nokia Lumia Model.

Now Right On it And Click Connect Option. as above image.
